Perfect retrofit lock
I did not own a smart lock prior to this. I recently installed Home Assistant and was looking for a compatible device to use. The Lock Pro is definitely a winner. It took less than 5 minutes to put it on my side door, and all was well and working instantly. I have it added to Home Assistant via Matter and Bluetooth. Bluetooth provides more functionality at the moment, so please, SwitchBot company, get better Matter support for all the sensors on this lock. Other than that, it works great.

La cosa che preferisco è lo schermo interno ed apprezzo tantissimo il package che fornisce tutto il necessario e dimostra la cura in tutti i dettagli che mi consente di confermare i miei acquisti Switchbot.L'immagine è davvero nitida e si vede bene tutto l'ingresso. L'installazione è stata una passeggiata perché è senza fili e la batteria dura tantissimo. Anche l'audio è ottimo, si parla con chi è alla porta senza interferenze.Bello, moderno e super utile per sentirsi più sicuri in casa. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti, un ottimo acquisto!

Too convenient!
As a woman living alone, I was a bit nervous at first, but following the guide, I managed to set up the water station and everything else without any trouble.It automatically tells the difference between floors and carpets, and it really doesn’t mop the carpet areas, so I can use it without worrying. It lights up like little eyes when it’s cleaning in tight spaces, which is just adorable!
The app’s restricted zone feature is a lifesaver! I set the pet feeding area and the toilet as restricted zones, and it smartly avoids those spots. So impressive!

Making housework easier! This is absolutely essential!
In our home, we have the main unit in the living room and the water station set up in the laundry room. Even if the vacuum main unit and the water station are placed a bit apart, the app automatically recognizes them! Isn’t that amazing?If you follow the instructions and use the included parts to connect the washing machine's water supply and drainage pipes, it’s not difficult at all.
We had it clean once right away, and the floor became really clean. Fully automatic, exciting, and fantastic!

Small but strong
This is my third robot vacuum cleaner (after two from another brand) and clearly, the SwitchBot K11+ is the best of the three. It is small but very powerful, with its 6000 Pa of suction, more than double that of my old model, while being twice as quiet and much more compact.
It cleans gently, without bumping furniture or objects. The automatic trash can sucks up the dust twice, which empties the robot's tank much better. The wet wipe is very useful to finish cleaning after vacuuming, the floor is spotless.
