I really like your products! Excepting the noise it makes while operating (i know there is a silent mode, but it gets stuck) the curtain switchbot is a problem solver regarding my need for darkness at night and my husband's need for light in the morning. Thank you for facilitating this!

Great deal during Black Friday sales. I am thrilled about this gadget, although the sound during moving did surprise me a little bit (had read it was loud and obvious, but it really IS loud and obvious, in a high-pitch manner). Still loving it, would buy for every curtainrail in the house if I had money to spare.

It came in good packaging, the product's package was dirty tho, did not enjoy that so much but that doesn't affect the rating.
The instructions and installment were pretty straightforward.
The Switchbots are strong enough to move the curtains, I've seen that people had a problem with that before, but it might just be that they didn't install it correctly.
I am really happy about the "Light sensing" option for automation, it is really handy for when it gets darker outside and my neighbors can see into my apartment.
it isn't loud at all, not that it would be a problem. And it moves smoothly from side to side.
The set-up was easy as well.

A minus is that they are a bit bulky, but you won't notice them anyway. and that they are connected through Bluetooth, so you need a bridge for smarter options, like "closing the curtain when the tv turns on".
The app is fast and easy, and the connection is pretty much seamless.

Remember to check so the Solar Panel gets hit by some light so it charges, you can also see if it's charging in the app. :)

In all and all, I love it and I am gonna get some more.
