This next-generation hub is equipped with a visual language model and works together with the indoor camera to send text notifications telling you who did what and where. We use it as a baby monitor connected to the camera in the bedroom, so when our baby wakes up, stands up, or starts moving, we get notified right away and can react immediately.
Our baby isn’t doing this yet, but if they ever try to climb over the playpen, it would alert us instantly—so it feels incredibly reassuring and practical!

Promising potential, but too many costs and technical limitations
I purchased the “AI Hub + 2 PTC Plus 3K” package because I was impressed by its innovative concept, but after two months of testing, my impressions are rather mixed. The package is interesting, but it has some “unpleasant” flaws that aren’t always mentioned in the marketing materials.
- The cameras have unreliable subject tracking in low-light conditions; they exhibit an “IR halo” effect at night due to their mechanical design, as the lens retracts almost to the edge of the outer plastic casing. Finally, the reflection of its own green LED can confuse the camera with non-existent reflections on nearby surfaces;
- “Limited” ecosystem: despite the cost of the package, the basic AI Hub offers little more than basic viewing with some internal classification features, and to fully leverage artificial intelligence, you must pay for everything separately: AI+, AI Agent (Openclaw), and cloud storage. There is no “all-in-one” package that makes the costs affordable.
- Internet dependency: the system shuts down completely if the Internet is offline. This structural limitation is not clearly stated in the sales documentation and represents a weakness for a security system.
Even after contacting customer support, and despite their full willingness to resolve the issues, I am still not entirely satisfied.
In summary:
For now, I’ve downgraded the AI Hub to a standard Hub and disabled the advanced features because the cost-benefit ratio isn’t clear. It’s a product with potential, but at the moment it feels like a work in progress where every extra feature requires an additional step.

My first impression when I picked it up was how compact and minimal the design is—it blends effortlessly into any room. Even without a house full of physical remotes, this little box makes your home think. It truly feels like a magic box that gives your home a brain.
I’ve tried many smart home products over the years, but this AI Hub isn’t just a simple bridge or hub. It honestly felt like replacing the brain of my home—it left a strong impression and genuinely surprised me.
Zero setup stress. The “Smart Learning” is incredibly intelligent
With traditional smart remotes, you usually have to look up model numbers or register buttons one by one, which is honestly painful. But this AI Hub is completely different.

I simply pointed my old Daikin AC remote at the hub and pressed a button once. The hub immediately responded with, “Is this the one?”—and nailed it perfectly. In just a few seconds, my smartphone became an AC remote. Once you experience that level of ease, there’s no going back.

For keeping an eye on your child
This next-generation hub is equipped with a visual language model and works together with the indoor camera to send text notifications telling you who did what and where. We use it as a baby monitor connected to the camera in the bedroom, so when our baby wakes up, stands up, or starts moving, we get notified right away and can react immediately.
Our baby isn’t doing this yet, but if they ever try to climb over the playpen, it would alert us instantly—so it feels incredibly reassuring and practical!
The design is also very clean and minimal, which I personally love.

Our home didn’t really have proper security measures before, but with this security camera, we can keep an eye on our home at all times. On top of that, the AI Hub detects people and records videos automatically, so it looks like it’s going to play a huge role in our home security from now on ☺️
We love traveling, so even when we’re away from home for a long period, we can check what’s happening inside from anywhere, which gives us real peace of mind ❕
We also have a small child, so it’s great for monitoring after bedtime. It makes doing housework while they’re asleep so much easier! Being able to watch clearly in Night Vision mode is another point that makes us feel safe ◎
The features are really well thought out too. You can switch between tracking mode and privacy mode, which is super convenient ✨ The controls are simple, and you can quickly adjust the camera to the direction you want to check.

Promising potential, but too many costs and technical limitations
I purchased the “AI Hub + 2 PTC Plus 3K” package because I was impressed by its innovative concept, but after two months of testing, my impressions are rather mixed. The package is interesting, but it has some “unpleasant” flaws that aren’t always mentioned in the marketing materials.
- The cameras have unreliable subject tracking in low-light conditions; they exhibit an “IR halo” effect at night due to their mechanical design, as the lens retracts almost to the edge of the outer plastic casing. Finally, the reflection of its own green LED can confuse the camera with non-existent reflections on nearby surfaces;
- “Limited” ecosystem: despite the cost of the package, the basic AI Hub offers little more than basic viewing with some internal classification features, and to fully leverage artificial intelligence, you must pay for everything separately: AI+, AI Agent (Openclaw), and cloud storage. There is no “all-in-one” package that makes the costs affordable.
- Internet dependency: the system shuts down completely if the Internet is offline. This structural limitation is not clearly stated in the sales documentation and represents a weakness for a security system.
Even after contacting customer support, and despite their full willingness to resolve the issues, I am still not entirely satisfied.
In summary:
For now, I’ve downgraded the AI Hub to a standard Hub and disabled the advanced features because the cost-benefit ratio isn’t clear. It’s a product with potential, but at the moment it feels like a work in progress where every extra feature requires an additional step.

It combines OpenClaw, Home Assistant, and Frigate VMS into a compact, energy-efficient box that can run 24/7 without requiring a VPS, Mac Mini, or Nvidia RTX hardware.
The system supports integrations with WhatsApp and Telegram through OpenClaw and works reliably with up to 8 Full HD 1080p cameras using RTSP and ONVIF. It has been successfully tested with TP-Link C100 and TP-Link C110 cameras, which offer excellent value at around 19 euros each and support clean Onvif S Support for this price.
