SwitchBot Lock Ultra er den absolut mest stille smartlås, jeg nogensinde har haft. I den langsomste indstilling hører man næsten ingenting udover selve låsemekanismen. Men selv i den hurtigste indstilling er den overraskende stille. Udenfra hører man næsten ingenting i den hurtigste indstilling - hvilket er meget rart, når man bor i en lejlighed med naboernes døre ved siden af. Det er ret nemt at sætte låsen op, og installationen er det også. Låsen har en god haptik og føles af høj kvalitet. Den er en del større end nogle andre på markedet, men det gør egentlig ikke noget, da du får flest funktioner og den bedste ydeevne med denne lås. En fin og unik funktion er de ekstra batterier, du får i låsen. På denne måde kan du genoplade hovedbatteriet og stadig betjene låsen.
Jeg kombinerede låsen med tastatur-vision, hvilket er en rigtig god kombination. Oplåsningsprocessen er problemfri og hurtig.
Bonuspoint for supporten: De tager imod feedback fra brugerne og forsøger at forbedre deres produkter med den. Jeg anbefaler nogle små forbedringer og har fået feedback fra dem, at de allerede er i gang med at udvikle en af dem. De fleste virksomheder sender måske kun en færdigskrevet takkemail og er ikke rigtig interesserede i feedbacken.
