Switchbot's new Lock Ultra takes 10 minutes to install, is a retrofit Smart lock that even renters can install over the top of their existing key that works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Homekit via Matter, BUT it also now works with Home Assistant LOCALLY using Bluetooth.
