What are SwitchBot Points?
"SwitchBot Points" is a new loyalty program service that we have released that allows you to earn points by purchasing our products via our official website, Amazon or other retailers, and adding new devices to your SwitchBot app account. Points can then be used when purchasing goods on our website, with 10 points equalling $1.
How do I earn SwitchBot Points?
To earn points, all you need to do is add one of our devices to our app. Points will be automatically accumulated according to the number of devices added to your account.
How do I start redeeming SwitchBot Points?
To start redeeming points, you need to link your accounts. There are 2 ways to link accounts:

① If you already have a Switch-Bot.com account
- Select I have an existing account
- Enter your account details
- Complete verification
② If you don't have a Switch-Bot.com account
- Tap Create a new account, and choose your region
Frequently Asked Questions
And here's the small print.
*To use SwitchBot Points, your SwitchBot app account must be bound to an account via our official website. These are two separate accounts. If you do not have an official account, please sign up for an official website account first. Your registered mailbox can be the same as the one you registered via our app.
*To earn points, your SwitchBot app must be version 6.15 or higher.
*If the total of your order does not reach the free shipping threshold due to discount incurred after SwitchBot Points discount, shipping will be charged.
*Second-hand products are not eligible for SwitchBot Points.
*If you click confirm when exchanging points for discount, the points will be deducted indefinitely and cannot be returned.
*The lowest amount SwitchBot Points that can be exchanged is 10 points. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact our customer service via support@switch-bot.com.
