Small but strong
This is my third robot vacuum cleaner (after two from another brand) and clearly, the SwitchBot K11+ is the best of the three. It is small but very powerful, with its 6000 Pa of suction, more than double that of my old model, while being twice as quiet and much more compact.
It cleans gently, without bumping furniture or objects. The automatic trash can sucks up the dust twice, which empties the robot's tank much better. The wet wipe is very useful to finish cleaning after vacuuming, the floor is spotless.
The application is clear, in French, and explains everything step by step. You can easily define forbidden zones or virtual walls, which are very practical for avoiding areas with cables.
Frankly, I am thrilled with my purchase: powerful, quiet, smart, and very well designed. SwitchBot has made a great product!

Both gave me great satisfaction and made me appreciate how convenient it is to have a robot that does the cleaning for you. You assemble the robot, set it up on the app and from that moment on it thinks of everything: when it finishes cleaning it returns to the base and empties the dust container by itself. The bag is large, 4 liters, and this means that you don't have to keep checking all the time. It's one of those conveniences that make your life easier and really make you forget about daily management.
The robot itself is compact, just over 9 cm tall, and this feature is very useful because it can slip under furniture and sofas where you normally never go through. Moving around the house is not a problem: thanks to LiDAR navigation, a precise map of the environment is created and follows orderly paths, room by room, avoiding obstacles and managing to climb without problems even on small thresholds.
Another aspect that I really appreciated is the management through the app. The interface is intuitive, allowing you to divide the house into rooms, create specific zones or limit areas where you don't want it to pass. It's also convenient to be able to schedule cleaning times: you set it once and you know that when you return home you'll find the floors tidy.
On the “smart” side, there is nothing missing: in addition to the app, it is compatible with Matter, Alexa, Google and Apple Home, so you can manage it with your voice or easily integrate it with the other devices you have at home. It's nice when a technological product not only does its job well, but it fits without complications into the rest of the domestic ecosystem.
After having used the S20 and the K10 for quite a while, now having the K11+ makes me appreciate the evolution of SwitchBot even more. You can feel the attention to detail, from the attention to the design to the functions designed to make the experience truly carefree. In the end, the feeling it gives is that of concrete help in everyday life: you start it, it works and you don't have to worry about anything, it's one of those products that changes the way you live at home. It takes away a daily worry and gives you free time, which is perhaps the most precious thing.

I finally found the robot vacuum that I had been looking for a long time, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Don't be fooled by its super compact dimensions: with its 24.8 cm wide and 9.8 cm high, it fits easily under most furniture, where other bulkier robots cannot reach.
But the thing that really blew my mind is its suction power. With a whopping 6000 Pa, it leaves no way out for dust, crumbs and animal hair. I noticed a huge difference, especially on carpets, where it can remove the deepest dirt without any effort.
One of the features I appreciate the most is its self-emptying station. This small design masterpiece hides a 4-liter bag that, according to specifications, lasts up to 90 days. It means that I no longer have to worry about emptying the tank every two days, making cleaning a unique experience.
The app is another strength. It's incredibly accurate and rich in information. Thanks to 360° laser navigation (LiDAR), it creates a detailed map of the house with impressive precision, allowing me to set up zones, plan cleaning and monitor the robot's path in real time.

Smart tiny yet powerful robo vacuum
I ordered this Robo vacuum for due to it's size and other features. My previous robo vacuum has trouble navigating tiny places / corners. This comes with Mopping and self emptying.
Apart from tiny robo vacuum, it's station size is also small. It's almost unnoticeable.
I am puzzled on how this will hold dirt for 90 days. I tested it for 30 days with daily vacuuming. So far I don't need to manually empty the bag. As I don't have pets , I am expecting it to last for 90 days as they stated.
It's companion app has all standered functionality like auto mapping, no go zones, virtual walls etc., mapping was accurate. No go zones worked as anticipated.
Due to it's small size, it's able to reach corners and worked well under furniture nicely. Despite it's small size, It performed well at different suction settings.
Overall I liked how small it is, yet powerful and comes with all modern features. I highly recommend for others.

I ordered this Robo vacuum for due to it's size and other features. My previous robo vacuum has trouble navigating tiny places / corners. This comes with Mopping and self emptying.
Apart from tiny robo vacuum, it's station size is also small. It's almost unnoticeable.
I am puzzled on how this will hold dirt for 90 days. I tested it for 30 days with daily vacuuming. So far I don't need to manually empty the bag. As I don't have pets , I am expecting it to last for 90 days as they stated.
It's companion app has all standered functionality like auto mapping, no go zones, virtual walls etc., mapping was accurate. No go zones worked as anticipated.
Due to it's small size, it's able to reach corners and worked well under furniture nicely. Despite it's small size, It performed well at different suction settings.
Overall I liked how small it is, yet powerful and comes with all modern features. I highly recommend for others.
