Was looking for a second vacuum robot, this time with a mopping function. I already have the K10+, it is now running in the basement and the new S20 is on the ground floor. The suction power is really strong, almost too much at max, normal or high is completely sufficient and saves battery. One battery charge can handle approx. 100 square meters for me without any problems.

I tried it for about a week and couldn't be happier. The 10,000 Pa of suction force can be felt all right: I put it to the test with the most diverse types of dirt to vacuum and it has never disappointed me, almost always at the first step it collected everything with remarkable effectiveness, even on carpets where the previous model struggled more.

Very good! The mop roller theme works much better than the previous mop we had. It cleans much more constantly and “scratches” more dirt from the park.
The robot itself is more chubby, but unless you have limited space I don't care because it has much more power.

I've been using the SwitchBot S20 for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it's completely transformed my cleaning routine. Especially with my kids, I'm always needing to vacuum and mop the floor.

Overall, a great machine!
This was my first floor cleaning robot, so I was a bit nervous about ordering it. It arrived well packed, but the setup took a while as there was no instruction manual! Anyway, there are some good videos on YouTube. Unfortunately, it came with an EU plug instead of a UK one for my area. This product felt solid and of good quality, and connected to my Wi-Fi and to the app no problem. It is quieter than I expected, and moves around pretty quickly.
It did a good job of mopping my very dirty floors, but the vacuum missed a lot of smaller pieces of dirt. I have some glass panelled walls, and this confuses the S20 as it can't detect them, so I had to manually block them off in the app.
The only real disappointment was that it didn't come with any spare consumables apart from a very small bottle of cleaning solution.
But overall, I am very happy with it and the scheduled cleaning routine keeps my floors looking good.

Not as good as it could be
First of all, I previously had a very basic robot from a Chinese manufacturer from 2019 – without a cleaning station but with a mop pad and lidar navigation. Recently, I was no longer satisfied with the vacuuming results and thought it was time for something new and better. What convinced me to buy the S20 was especially the mop roller and the fact that it’s supposed to be kept clean continuously during operation, allowing it to pick up more dirt.
Overall, the S20 is very well built and seems thoughtfully designed. It vacuums satisfactorily, is relatively quiet during vacuuming, and the mopping performance is acceptable – though not quite as good as I had hoped.
The issues I have with the S20 mainly stem from its navigation. Unfortunately, the S20 doesn’t get as close to the edges as my previous robot did. Despite also not having an extendable side brush, the old robot cleaned corners much better. On top of that, the S20 often leaves its cleaning paths and drives off elsewhere, which means some areas are left uncleaned.
During mopping, an unpleasant musty smell keeps appearing, even though I clean and dry the mop roller after every use. That’s really unfortunate because I had hoped the S20 would eliminate the need for manual cleaning of the roller each time – which was also one of the main reasons I chose this model.
I’m hoping for updates that will fix the issues I’ve been experiencing so that I can recommend the robot in the future.
At this point, I unfortunately can’t.

Yes, if you want to connect the S20 directly to the water pipe for automatic water supply and drainage, consider using a water station (sold separately).
