To ensure a stable connectivity, keep an appropriate distance* bettween yourDoorbell, Monitor, SwitchBot Lock devices, and the router.
*For optimal streaming performance, keep your Doorbell and Monitor within 10 m for
detached houses or 5 m for apartments. You're advised to install the Monitor behind the
entrance door with no obstructions between the Doorbell except the door itself, as walls
or other obstacles may reduce signal range.
