The original bristle brush in our K10 was always full of carpet fibre. This meant lots of wear to the carpet. The new brush is rubber blades, so no more carpet damage.

No items were received. I have finally been told they are out of stock and they can't tell me if/when they will come back into stock. Switchbot have stopped responding now I am asking for refund on the goods.
