The instructions of the SwitchBot very clear and easy to handle. The equipment works properly without any problems !!!!

I was not sure since my door is quite new and with already a few security. It is even difficult to open the door with my normal key.
Switchpoint made it possible. I guess battery won't last as long as expected.

I would like more option in the app but i will complete with Home assistant i guess.

It does its job well, but I find a couple of minor drawbacks:
- it is a bit noisy
- from the app it only allows full unlocking, that is, from the locked lock. If the door is only closed but the latch is not locked, you can open it with the touch panel, but with the app or from Home you can only do it if you lock it first.

It's been a week later and still loving the Lock Pros! I have the auto lock and the auto unlock with geo fencing and it works perfectly! Walking round the corner to my front door it unlocks by the time I'm at the actual door and is set after to lock after 10 seconds so gives me time to walk through and not have to get keys in and out of.pockets as I find it difficult as I'm disabled... THIS IS A TOTAL GAME CHANGER, THANK YOU SO MUCH SWITCHBOT!!
