The product arrived on time, exactly as promised. Packaging was neat and compact.
The lock feels very premium and high-quality.
The user manual is easy to follow, and I have already installed it on my door. The smart lock's "Auto" calibration was incredibly fast -the app handled everything for me.
Both fingerprint and facial recognition work flawlessly in both bright daylight and pitch darkness (three of us use it). The vein recognition feature is highly impressive and makes it incredibly easy for my child to use the lock.
We are looking forward to winter (we use a key lock in Latvia) to see how it performs in different weather conditions, but hopefully, everything will work just as perfectly.
I can't comment on the battery life just yet, as we haven't been using it long enough.

I bought a hub 2 in order to connect my outdoor thermometer through matter instead of bluetooth. The installation of the hub 2 was easy it took less than 2 minutes and worked perfectly, 1 minute later I was able to connect through matter my outdoor meter. Great product.

I bought this small robot vacuum, partly because of the price during the summer sales, to make cleaning the rooms in my house easier.
I also have another robot vacuum (from a different brand) that’s bigger but less efficient on carpets; it always gets stuck. The K11+ has mapped out the house better and divided the rooms correctly.
I ran a quick test since it just arrived, and with 50% battery life, it cleaned a room slightly larger than 20 square meters very well.
Even at maximum power, it isn’t particularly loud (like a traditional handheld vacuum), and in sleep mode, I don’t even notice it’s on.
Well, it does make a little noise when it empties itself at the charging station.
Connecting to Wi-Fi and the app was quick and hassle-free.
The management app seems well-designed to me; selecting rooms to clean, checking the battery level, and adjusting cleaning settings is convenient and takes just a few taps.
Given its compact size, I was able to fit it into a really small space.
Alexa recognized it right away; now I’ll start creating routines using both Alexa and the app, which doesn’t seem particularly difficult. Kata, SwitchBot’s AI, is especially useful for creating routines (I’ve had the chance to test it thoroughly with the Standing Circular Fan).
The design is simple and clean; it's very nice. The charging base is simple and elegant, with a wooden insert that covers the compartment where the dust bags are inserted.
It does what it promises—I can’t help but recommend it.

I purchased the SwitchBot Battery Circulator Fan in June and have been using it almost every day. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The quality is noticeable from the very beginning. The packaging is well designed, the unboxing experience is enjoyable, and the fan has a modern, elegant, and compact design that looks great in any room.

For such a compact fan, the airflow is surprisingly powerful. One of my favorite features is the adjustable horizontal and vertical oscillation. Being able to customize the oscillation angle is very useful, and when used together with an air conditioner, it helps distribute cool air throughout the room much faster and more evenly.

Another major strength is how quiet it is. At low and medium speeds, it is almost silent during the night while still providing a comfortable airflow for sleeping. Battery life is also very good and easily lasts through an entire night when using only the fan.

The SwitchBot app is intuitive and easy to use. As a smart home enthusiast, I would love to see Matter support expanded to more products in the future, making integration with different smart home ecosystems even easier.

I only found a few minor areas that could be improved. Charging takes a little longer than I expected, the touch power button sometimes requires several attempts before responding, and after the battery was completely drained, I discovered that holding the power button for about 15 seconds resets the fan and restores normal operation. It would be helpful if this procedure were explained more clearly in the documentation.

Overall, this is a well-designed, reliable, quiet, and practical product that I genuinely enjoy using every day. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality portable smart fan.

J’ai installé cette SwitchBot Lock Pro il y a maintenant environ deux ans sur la porte de mon cellier, à l’arrière de la maison, principalement pour anticiper l’entrée au collège de ma fille. Comme elle est un peu tête en l’air, je savais d’avance que si je lui confiais un trousseau de clés, il finirait probablement perdu assez rapidement... Cette serrure a donc été LA solution.

Grâce au clavier avec lecteur d’empreintes, elle peut entrer et sortir de la maison en toute autonomie simplement avec son code ou son empreinte digitale. Plus besoin de penser aux clés, et au quotidien c’est vraiment rassurant et pratique.

Après deux ans d’utilisation, la serrure fonctionne toujours parfaitement. Elle est très réactive, la reconnaissance d’empreinte fonctionne bien, la qualité de fabrication est excellente et l’ensemble s’est montré vraiment fiable dans le temps. Elle n’est pas particulièrement bruyante non plus, le bruit du moteur reste tout à fait raisonnable.

Seul petit bémol, mais qui est davantage lié à ma porte qu’à la serrure elle-même : il faut relever la poignée avant de pouvoir verrouiller. Dans les faits, ce n’est pas gênant puisque nous devions déjà le faire avec la serrure classique et la clé. Nos habitudes n’ont donc pas changé sur ce point.

J’ai également acheté la batterie rechargeable SwitchBot afin d’avoir un maximum d’autonomie et de limiter encore davantage les contraintes d’entretien.

Ce qui est assez amusant, c’est qu’au départ je l’avais surtout installée pour ma fille, mais finalement nous l’utilisons tous énormément. Nous passons même beaucoup plus souvent par cette porte simplement parce qu’il n’y a plus besoin de chercher ou de prendre son trousseau de clés.

J’en suis d’ailleurs tellement satisfait qu’après deux ans d’utilisation, j’envisage maintenant sérieusement d’installer également une serrure connectée SwitchBot sur ma porte d’entrée principale. À force de s’habituer à entrer simplement avec son empreinte ou un code, devoir chercher ses clés pour passer par la porte d’entrée devient presque pénible !!

Un produit qui a réellement simplifié notre quotidien, fiable sur la durée et de très bonne qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Superb device that improves the previous model with a rechargable battery. I used to push the button to open remotely the building front door without the need of the key. Much easier than inserting a remote switch inside the device. It works very well and never failed if there is Internet connection.

I’ve been using the Meter Plus for about 20 days now and I’m very happy with it. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. The 3" screen is nice and clear, and the design looks great.
​The only small improvement would be adding a backlight for the screen so it's easier to see in the dark. But honestly, since I use the app to check everything anyway, it doesn’t bother me much. Highly recommended!

A rechargeable, smart, and sharp looking pedestal fan

After doing a lot of research about all kinds of robot vacuums, I ended up ordering the K11+ because it seemed like a perfect combo of having the same suction power and features as all of the other proper robot vacuums from other brands (many times with higher price points), and at the same time, small size so that it can actually get into places and clean them properly compared to any other robot vacuums in the market.

In the end, I was right. It cleans places really well without leaving almost anything behind while being surprisingly quiet even with the strong suction setting (Max setting can easily be heard from another room, but it doesn't really need to be used much, if at all). It actually goes between all the dining room chairs and other similar furniture, and makes sure every chair leg and its surroundings are cleaned, and it even fits under my office chair with the usual 5 point wheels to clean that area. The setup and the app are intuitive and easy to go through and use. The schedules, mapping and other settings are also reliable and easy to manage.

What this vacuum doesn't do, is that it doesn't see small obstacles like socks, or cables on the floor and use some AI tracking on a camera to neatly go around them like some of the higher end models since it doesn't even have a camera on it. But that is to be more than expected with this price (200€ on sale). My house is pretty clean from that kind of clutter, so I haven't had any problems with that, or the tracking in general, but it needs to be said, that it's not going to be perfect with the sensor setup that it has, but it sure does do a great and accurate job with what it has!

It also goes over pretty high bumps and steps too on the floor, and even cleans carpets nicely, which I was a bit sceptical of at first before letting it do its thing. It struggles a bit with the really thick ones when it comes to moving on them, or getting on top of them, but that it also common with many other robot vacuums, and it still does it and cleans them in the end. It also has the common thing, like many other robot vacuums, where it sometimes thinks that dark carpets are deep voids to some other universe, so sometimes it gets confused and doesn't want to clean that area, but there are ways to make it work normally, and it has only happened once with mine, and after that one time, it has cleaned that area normally.

Battery life has also been great, and charging doesn't take long either. Of course the size of the vacuum is smaller, so with big houses, it would need to do a charge in between the cleaning, if you want it to vacuum the whole place, and don't schedule certain rooms to be cleaned at different times of the day. But once again, it all just happens automatically and it will continue from where it left and finish the job after charging.

The docking and auto emptying works flawlessly on the dock too, and its really easy to place almost anywhere because of its size. The wood finish is also a nice touch when it comes to design. The design of the vacuum itself is also really nice, and every part that needs changing or maintenance in the future is easily removable and easy to clean when needed.

I'm trying to think of other negative points to mention, but at least for now, I haven't really found any others. It works really well, and cleans nicely even from places where most other robot vacuums can't because of its size. I love it, and will continue using it! Excellent product in my opinion, especially for the price.

Last time I've only 25% air humidity in my office room. I bought this device to get comfortable air in my room fast and using my smart home. This air humidifier can do this in 2 hours (55%). I connected it with my Meter Pro in the same room to have an external sensor for destination value for humidity.
