Great potential

The vacuum is efficient and gets the job done, but it does have some drawbacks. If you have carpets with fringe or puddle curtains, the SwitchBot tends to get tangled and stuck. Additionally, for homes with floor-to-ceiling windows, the SwitchBot mistakenly creates extra rooms on the map, and there’s no way to adjust the house layout in the app. The floor map also doesn’t align well with the no-go zones, making the setup process quite frustrating. While it performs its basic cleaning tasks, it requires constant supervision. The mopping feature feels like an afterthought and lacks thoroughness.
