This is a Complete Smart Lock! This time They thought of everything. My door is not a standard door and the lock insert is completely non-standard. Despite this, Switchbot anticipated all the possibilities and created a lock that fits, and I used the tools that came with the lock to install it. The installation took no more than 15 minutes (including installing the new firmware). The lock's functionality is brilliant! Facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, code recognition, and an app for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Matter make opening the door more enjoyable and faster than opening with a traditional key. I love Switchbot products and can't wait to see what they come up with next!

This is a Complete Smart Lock! This time They thought of everything. My door is not a standard door and the lock insert is completely non-standard. Despite this, Switchbot anticipated all the possibilities and created a lock that fits, and I used the tools that came with the lock to install it. The installation took no more than 15 minutes (including installing the new firmware). The lock's functionality is brilliant! Facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, code recognition, and an app for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Matter make opening the door more enjoyable and faster than opening with a traditional key. I love Switchbot products and can't wait to see what they come up with next!

Switchbot's new Lock Ultra takes 10 minutes to install, is a retrofit Smart lock that even renters can install over the top of their existing key that works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Homekit via Matter, BUT it also now works with Home Assistant LOCALLY using Bluetooth.
