The device is sturdy, looks neat and extremely easy to setup - was ready in less than 5minutes.

Customer service is non-existent

I bought $400 worth of switchbot devices and have automations setup through the Switchbot Hub mini. Worked for 2 weeks and then the Hub mini failed to connect to the Internet/Router. Tried everything recommended in their documentation online and then opened a support ticket. It's been 10 days and no response after the ticket was escalated to their "tech" team. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a home automation company as this one will leave you hanging. Fishy quality and Fishier support = bad company.
