"SwitchBot Points" is a new loyalty program service that we have released that allows you to earn points by purchasing our products via our official website, Amazon or other retailers, and adding new devices to your SwitchBot app account. Points can then be used when purchasing goods on our website, with 10 points equalling € 1.
2. How do I earn SwitchBot Points?
To earn points, all you need to do is add one of our devices to our app. Points will be automatically accumulated according to the number of devices added to your account.
3. How do I start redeeming SwitchBot Points?
To start redeeming points, you need to link your accounts. There are 2 ways to link accounts.
