Before buying SwitchBot Lock, please make sure it is compatible with your original door lock, you may also want to make sure your smartphone or smart watch operating system is also compatible.
General information about SwitchBot Lock.
Interior use only
SwitchBot Lock is installed on the interior side of your door.
Use with various locks
SwitchBot Lock can be adapted to various locks by changing accessories.
Unlimited rotations*
SwitchBot Lock works no matter the number of locking rotations required.
*Rotations less than 90 degress are currently not supported.
Pair with Keypad
Pair with SwitchBot Keypad or Keypad Touch for an even better experience.

Please ensure that the app version you are using is the latest (6.19 and above) and your SwitchBot Lock firmware version is 6.4 and above.
Please note:
1. SwitchBot Lock is not recommended for use on doors that have been painted.
