Navigation is brilliant. Routing is very logical. Only minus point is map switching for different floors.

Better (was 3 stars) - so apparently it just needs a few more runs to really learn where it is. I guess it seems to be docking fine. And once I read the manual you CAN set it to NOT empty itself every time it docks, which will keep it quiet. So I increased the score because it is a nice small unit.
Orig - Had such high hopes. Repeatedly can’t find charging station even though it’s clearly marked on its map.
And yes, it is a quiet vacuum cleaner, but I don’t think it’s something you can use like while you’re sleeping or a child is sleeping because when it empties its bag automatically. It’s like a 747 taking off.

Vac does decent job it’s small but mighty gets under beds and does a great job! ! And I’m impressed with the stellar customer service I received I would buy their products again !,, they have great customer service

After spending 14 hours, vacuuming my house one day I got frustrated and bought this little thing. It has been worth Every. Single. Dime. I love that it is small enough to go under my furniture. Even on the loudest speed has shown in my video is still way quieter than a normal vacuum. The only big noise it makes is when it empties on the base for about 15 seconds. It sounds like a normal vacuum and then it goes back about its business. I love the little robot voice that says “cleaning makes me happy” every time it starts up. I have two large dogs with lots of hair so the timelines on replacing parts and the vacuum bag are not quite aligned with the advertisement. If you have big dogs or a very dusty house, expect to change the bag about once a month; if your dogs have long hair, expect to clean the rotating brush every week. Also the mop function works best if you stack 3 mop cloths - using just one dries them out too fast. That said, it’s amazing and efficient!

Size does matter. It goes under the chairs, I have it to automatically clean the whole house during morning when I am not at the house, like having a person helping everyday. It does make a difference in a somehow dreaded chore.

Great on hardwood floors (household with cats)
After about a month of daily use, I am very happy with my SwitchBot! I have looked for years for a robot vacuum that would fit under my kitchen barstools (the legs are about 11” apart), and the SwitchBot Mini is the only one I’ve found that does. I run it daily on my hardwood floors (kitchen and hallways), and it does a fantastic job of keeping up the cat hair, tracked cat litter, and general dust & crumbs. My wood floors always look clean! I let it initially run all through my first floor (carpets and hardwood) to get the floor plan down, then sectioned off the rooms so that I could set it to just run daily on the hardwood floors. The app could be more user-friendly, but I figured it out after a few minutes. Occasionally I’ll have it run back over a specific area (say where some crumbs ended up on the floor) and it’s very nice for the hands-off clean-up while I do something else. I did have to place some cardboard under the charging base so that it could dock properly since the only spot I had to place it near an outlet was on carpet. I plan to get some sort of nicer solid mat in the future. I do also use the strong/max suction in the hallways where it is running over both the hardwood and low-pile rugs to catch all the debris along the edges of the rugs.

This does a much better job than our last robot vacuum (Bobsweep Dustin) that we were gifted for Christmas a couple of years ago. It's better suited for our apartment and gets into just about every spot the last one didn't. The app is smarter and more detailed.

I was skeptical when I ordered this vacuum. But, this vacuum is a awesome product and does a great job. Easy to setup and does a great job.

The Dust Box is not washable. It is disposable and should be replaced every 1~2 months.
We recommend a distance of 1 meter on the left and right of your station, and 1.5 meters in front. Insufficient space may affect your robot when returning to the charging station. Make sure there are no obstacles or strong light around the installation area.
Dust Box capacity is approximately 200ml.
When creating a map for the first time, it is necessary to bring your K10+ Pro and the Auto-Empty Station to each floor. Once the map is created, only the robot vacuum K10+ Pro itself will be required for subsequent cleaning.
