De beste robot om uw gordijnen te automatiseren!
Ik gebruik het met verduisteringsgordijnen aan een U-railroede. De robot doet wat hij belooft. Hij heeft een krachtige motor en een grote accu, dus je kunt hem maandenlang gebruiken zonder hem op te laden. De robot werkt op Bluetooth en je kunt hem lokaal bedienen met de Switchbot-app. Als je hem wilt verbinden met een smarthomesysteem, kun je de Switchbot-hub aanschaffen. Al met al kan ik bevestigen dat de robot uw gordijnen kan en zal openen en sluiten. Ik heb zelfs het zonnepaneel met de lichtsensor ervoor en het kan geleidelijk het gordijn openen bij zonsopgang. Waar u op moet letten is de vorm van uw gordijnrails. De robot kan namelijk moeite hebben met telescopische stangen (vooral U-rails). Zolang de overgang op de telescopische stang echter vloeiend verloopt, zal hij prima werken. Een echte aanrader!

Ik woon in een appartement op het noorden en had oorspronkelijk de gordijnen zo ingesteld dat ze 100% open konden. Ik merkte dat de zonneladers de apparaten niet oplaadden. Desondanks daalde de lading na 2 maanden dagelijks gebruik slechts tot 50%. Ik heb de opening aangepast naar 85%, wat niet zo opvalt, en de zonneladers houden de units nu op 100%. De units werken met Home Automation en de zonsondergang/zonsopgang instelling, dus is perfect voor een probleemloze gordijnautomatisering. Moet de glijopening optie nog proberen voor stillere beweging, maar de normale optie is sowieso niet zo luid

Onze dertig jaar oude elektrische gordijnmotoren waren allemaal kapot en we wilden een eenvoudige oplossing om er minstens één te vervangen. Switchbot heeft dat zeker bereikt. Direct uit de doos op de gordijnrail en werkend. Moest magneten weggooien, maar werkt prima zonder. Moet wel oppassen met sterke veren en duimen, maar we zijn oud en worden zwakker. Hebben er nog een paar gekocht en zijn van plan om verder uit te breiden.

De Switchbot Curtains serie 3 voor mijn U-rail werkt perfect in combinatie met mijn 3.85 hoge tussenstukken. Ik heb ook de hub erbij besteld en een afstandsbediening. Wij hebben het systeem geïntegreerd aan Apple Home en wij bedienen de gordijnen via spraak met “Hey Siri”. Wij hebben nu ook de zonnepaneeltjes erbij besteld, zodat we niet steeds de batterijen hoeven te laden. Tot nu toe zijn wij zeer tevreden.
