Ik gebruik de switch bot meters al een paar jaar en heb er veel succes mee gehad, onlangs heb ik de Lock pro, hub mini en het toetsenbord gekregen, de installatie van de lock pro was super eenvoudig, behalve de 4 microscopisch kleine schroeven met een kop, ze geven je er 8, ik ben er 4 kwijtgeraakt (ik wou dat ze de maat zouden geven, zodat ik er meer en een goed gereedschap kon krijgen), maar omdat ik slechtziend en gehandicapt ben, kon ik hem nog steeds op mijn deur krijgen, de 3M-strook tape die ze je geven voor de magneet is nutteloos, maar een paar shots hete lijm en hij plakte stevig aan mijn deurkozijn. Een paar aanpassingen vanwege mijn 70 jaar oude scheve huis en het werkt geweldig.. de installatie van het toetsenbord verliep naadloos en de installatie was heel eenvoudig.De Hub mini is geweldig, ik kon de IR blaster-functie instellen voor mijn Sony XBR-tv uit 2007 en mijn Pioneer-stereo uit 1996, dus nu kan ik alles bedienen vanaf mijn iPhone 14 Pro via de SwitchBot-app. Ik heb 2 van de plug-mini's gekregen om de nu stopgezette en niet-ondersteunde Belkin Wemo-pluggen te vervangen. Ze zijn verreweg een betere plug. Ik gebruik er momenteel een om mijn achterporchverlichting te bedienen met een zonsondergang-/zonsopgangopstelling die geweldig werkt en heel intuïtief was om in te stellen. Ik ben bezig om alle pluggen in mijn kweekruimte te vervangen door de plug-mini's, de lichten, pompen, ventilatoren. Ik kan mijn elektriciteitsverbruik, luchtvochtigheid en temperatuur nauwkeuriger bijhouden, wat de sleutel is tot perfecte planten. Tot nu toe ben ik onder de indruk vergeleken met wat ik gebruikte. Als SwitchBot nu gewoon een 4/5 megapixel POE PTZ IP-camera zou produceren met een ECHTE Ethernet-poort die werkt met BlueIris, zou ik hem zeker kopen.

Ik vind het geweldig dat ik SwitchBot Bots online kan krijgen. Het is eenvoudig om een Siri Shortcut toe te voegen om ze vanaf daar te activeren.

Alles ontvangen wat ik besteld heb. Geweldig bedrijf om zaken mee te doen. Klantenservice is uitstekend. Kan niet wachten op nog veel meer jaren hiervan.

What's new?

Supports the new smart home standard, Matter.

Matter is a universal smart home standard that allows smart home devices from different companies (regardless of manufacturer) to be compatible and seamlessly collaborate. In conjunction with Hub Mini Matter Enabled, household appliances that support IR remote controls (such as air conditioning, lights, TVs, etc.) and SwitchBot Bluetooth devices that previously did not support Apple HomeKit* can now be synced and used in Apple Home via Matter. You can even use voice commands to control devices using your Apple HomePod too.

Using Matter requires third-party gateways such as HomePod Mini or Google Nest Hub. For more information regarding Matter, please click here.

Multiple different devices, all controlled through one application.

Infrared appliances such as air conditioners, lights, and TVs can be added to Apple Home and registered with Hub Mini Matter Enabled through Smart Learning, allowing for smartphone control without the need to purchase new appliances.

SwitchBot Bluetooth devices can also become Matter compatible by linking to Hub Mini Matter Enabled.

Regarding functionality when using Matter.

As of January 2024, air conditioning can now support power on/off, mode changes, and temperature adjustments. And at this moment in time, TVs, lights, and other infrared devices can only be toggled on/off.

SwitchBot devices that support Matter currently include seven products: SwitchBot Lock, Lock Pro, Bot, Curtain, Contact Sensor, Motion Sensor, and Blind Tilt.

Making the most of SwitchBot Scenes.

In addition to the IR remotes, SwitchBot Bluetooth devices such as SwitchBot Bot, Lock, and Curtain can also be easily added and connected to Hub Mini Matter Enabled. If the running condition and expected startup time of linked device are registered via your Scene settings beforehand, they will automatically start working at the time specified. For example, if you have set a desired scene that uses SwitchBot Contact Sensor, SwitchBot Mini Robot Vacuum K10+ can automatically start cleaning when Contact Sensor detects you've left home, and then turn off your TV and air conditioning automatically, whilst SwitchBot K10+ starts cleaning your home.
