If you are not sure about your door lock type or if your door lock is special, please contact us and send us the door lock photo and size, we will be happy to help.

Firstly, insert the key into the door lock and test:

Turn the key from the outside:

• If the inside key is also turned, then SwitchBot Lock may fit your door lock, go ahead and check the handles.
• If the inside key is not turned, then SwitchBot Lock cannot be adapted to your door lock.

Secondly, check if your thumb-turn or key is attached to a lock trim (or a rose) that fits the dimensions below.
