So far it works as a charm. I was a bit annoyed at first when it didn't fit my door knob, the adapters in the pack either but luckily I quickly found out that they sold a separate adaptor pack which was exactly what I needed to make it all work, so except for that extra waiting time and a bit of frustration from the get go everything works beautifully. I really love the face scan key code lock, that one is just genius and amazing.
Only negative thing: Make it more clear for people that they might need the adaptor pack sold separately, actually it should have been included in the price imo.

An excellent lock
I have several Switchbot devices and they all work very well.
I already have two Switchbot locks and I needed to make a third lock smart as well. I purchased the latest Lock Ultra model and I must say that Switchbot has once again built an excellent lock. It looks great, offers different mounting options, and fits all existing locks.
I had an initial configuration problem and I contacted customer support. They responded immediately and were able to give me all the support I needed. This really made the difference: you feel protected by consultants who go out of their way to give you all the help you need.
I am really very satisfied. Unfortunately, there are no 6 stars, otherwise I would have given them all.
